Hi, I’m Rosa Batz—school counselor by day, cookie decorator by night, and the hands and heart behind Valentina’s Baked Goods.

What started as a creative outlet during the pandemic quickly became something more—a way to spread joy through beautifully handcrafted cookies that celebrate life’s sweetest moments. Today, I’m proud to run a growing home-based bakery where each order is designed with care, precision, and a whole lot of heart.

When I’m not decorating cookies, you’ll find me at the movies, on a run, or cheering on my daughters at their soccer games. My life is full, busy, and bursting with love—and I bring that same energy into every cookie I create.

Valentina’s Baked Goods operates under California Cottage Food laws, which means all cookies are baked and decorated in my licensed home kitchen and available for local pickup only.

Whether you're planning a baby shower, wedding, milestone birthday, or just want to make someone feel special, I’m here to bring your vision to life through custom cookie designs that are as delicious as they are beautiful. My goal is to offer more than a treat—I want to create a one-of-a-kind experience from the moment you inquire to the moment you take that first bite.
